The hotel is reasonably clean, has views over the Tees valley. The double room is fashionable with the TV, all the amenities, for instance. Thanks for such a really good stay at £175 per night-£50 less per night.

wonderful access to parks and walking paths for city lovers
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with a large, bright bedroom and good breakfast options served with a smile, just under 7 km away. While my room was comfortable, the water took a while to heat up in the shower, but the friendly staff was good.

I booked this hotel for a surprise birthday present for my husband, we received a really warm welcome from the young man behind the bar, he asked me when I was going to tell my husband that we were staying then he brought the key for our room. There is a very friendly atmosphere throughout the Hotel and the service at dinner was great, our daughter and Fianc'e joined us for dinner as a surprise and we all agreed the food was lovely, we enjoyed a lovely relaxing night. The room was large and very clean with a view over the river and breakfast was really nice. We would definately go again.
There was nothing to dislike about this Hotel and for the price we paid worth every penny. We have stayed in many designer Hotels but in doing so the price goes higher. Could not fault this Hotel for the price.
